Growing a beard isn’t as easy as many people seem to assume. Sure, there are a lot of men out there that can get insane beard growth with just a couple of months of growing under their belt, but most men in the world don’t have that easy. It’s not as simple as picking up some beard oil, rubbing it into your face every day, and waking up one day with desired beard.

To grow handsome beard, simply put away your razor and trimmer and wait. That’s all there is to it; or so most men would have you believe. But saying is lot easier than what it was said. So, there are some advices, and tips, which you need to follow if you want the best beard.

Be Patient

Everyone’s facial hair grows at different rates, due to the genetic structure of the body. Well for some it takes a month to grow beards, while for some others will seem to be nightmare idea for them. So, at whatever age and maturity level you’re at, it’s important to stay patient and wait for your beard to grow at its own pace. When growing a beard, especially for the first time, just don’t touch the dang thing for at least a few weeks. It will be itchy and uneven, but that’s okay. You can deal with it for a while. Whatever you do, don’t fall for a myth that regular shaving will make it grow back quicker. So, patience is the ultimate thing.

Increase Your Testosterone and use Beard Products

This come with taking care of your physical health will not only increase the blood flow and nutrients your hair needs to thrive, it will also boost your testosterone, a hormone related to hair growth. Testosterone acts to prime the hair follicle for growth, and then promotes the actual growth of the hair.  Then there are many oil and moisturizers for beard, take one of the products and use it on your beard to make them soft and in a shape.

The Diet, Sleep and Exercise

First, most of your hair-growing happens overnight, when cells make or break system is on high. If you aren’t resting and re-charging properly, you don’t have best hair growth then. Another byproduct of not being rested is decreased blood flow, which means fewer nutrients reaching their destination, so you must have 7-8 hours of sleep each night, and your budding beard will thank you. Beside that the healthy food is best for your bread, eating a balanced diet of proteins, veggies, whole grains, fats, etc. will also enhance your hair’s growth rate and health.

The ITCH Factor

Well most of men or guys stop growing out beard due to the itch factor. The itchiness stays for approximately four weeks, so get used to it, once the beard softens slightly. Use a moisturizer or natural beard oil on your beard follicles to soften the hairs and to keep the beard from itching too much. Products such as Beard Moisturizer and Beard Oil can be used to combat this, but the main thing to remember is that the itchiness will eventually leave. You realistically want to grow your beard for about three months before you can appreciate its true potential and the true fullness.

Take-care the Skin

The other important thing to grow best beard, it’s also important to take care of your skin and address issues that can keep hair from growing evenly and looking good. It says that you have to keep your face moisturized, to keep the follicles healthy and stimulated. Use a natural foaming cleanser on your face to keep the skin healthy. Good hair comes most heartily and speedily out of well-cared-for skin underneath it. So, try to adopt a routine of washing your face well each morning and night, exfoliating 1-2 times per week.

Don’t Trim close to your beard

The best thing you can do if you want to grow your beard out is to keep away from any trimmers and shavers. As the hair gets longer, you might want to keep an eye on split ends and use a pair of small scissors to snip off the splits before they travel too far down the hair shaft, causing you to trim deeper. Hair doesn’t grow at the same pace throughout the face, so there is an upside to trimming: it allows the beard grow out more evenly. Keep in mind, however, that we’re hardly symmetrical to begin with. Don’t trim too far down or too often, as chances are you’ll end up making a mistake and taking too much off. Most guys are fine to let the entire beard grow with very minor scissor trims. Scissors leave less room for error in comparison to using an electric trimmer.
